The floorplan is by Don Gardner called the "Satchwell." Here is the main floor plan, the biggest difference is that the front guest bathroom is not going to have a tub anymore. We also had a few wall bumps here and there and made the back porch go all the way the length of the house. I can't wait to sit out there and watch the dogs have their "zoomies" on our .803 acre dream lot!! There is also a bonus room above the garage but we haven't decided if we'll be able to afford to finish it or not . . . I'll keep you posted on that one!
